Arizona, Part 2: Textures...

I just can't get enough of these painterly details, I encountered them everywhere!

ARIZONA!

As it turns out, the Southwest is rather stunning! I had a great time in Arizona last week, visiting both Phoenix and Sedona. The highlight was definitely the "Chihuly" exhibit at the Phoenix Botanical Gardens, a glass-amongst-the-desert exhibit that paired insanely beautiful glass sculptures that meandered along through the cacti... breathtaking. Here's a few!

Good 'ol PHO103... whaaat?

An oldie but a goodie! I opened a box the other day and discovered this little fiber print of a fun and fabulous picture of the lovely Meredith Wilcke, taken in 2001 in photo school! It makes me long for springtime...(sigh!)
